Verification Policy

Purpose

HuarenTong helps overseas Chinese users identify trustworthy professional service providers. Our expert verification program reviews submitted credentials and displays a corresponding status on expert profiles.

Verification is supplementary information. It does not replace your obligation to independently verify qualifications, compare options, and enter formal service agreements.

Verification Status

Verified: We have reviewed and confirmed that submitted licenses, certificates, or credentials were valid at the time of review and match the expert's listed service categories.

Pending: The expert has submitted a verification application and we are reviewing documents. Profiles may show a pending status until review is complete.

Unverified: The expert has not applied, the application was not approved, or submitted documents were insufficient. Unverified does not mean unqualified — only that HuarenTong has not completed verification.

Application Requirements

Experts applying for verification typically must provide: valid licenses or professional certificates relevant to their service category (e.g., CPA license, real estate broker license, bar admission); accurate business or practice contact information; and, when required, business registration or liability insurance proof.

We may request additional documents or conduct further checks. Submitting false or forged documents will result in denial and may lead to profile suspension or removal.

Review Process

After receiving a complete application, we review documents for authenticity and validity within a reasonable time. Review duration varies by category and document complexity.

Approved experts display a verified badge. If a license expires, documents become invalid, or we receive a substantiated report, we may revoke or suspend verification and require updated submissions.

Limitations

Verification confirms our review of submitted documents at the time of review only. It is not a guarantee or endorsement of service quality, professional ability, pricing, or fit for your specific needs.

HuarenTong is not responsible for outcomes of transactions between experts and users. Conduct your own due diligence and seek independent professional advice when needed.

Verification standards may differ by service category and may change as regulations or platform policies evolve.

Reports and Revocation

If you have reason to believe an expert's verification information is false or outdated, email verify@huarentong.com with details and evidence. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
