Review Policy

Purpose

HuarenTong's review system helps overseas Chinese community users make informed choices when selecting CPAs, realtors, immigration attorneys, home service professionals, and other providers.

This policy explains what reviews may be published, what content is not allowed, and how we moderate reviews.

Who May Submit Reviews

Reviews should come from users who have actually used the expert's or provider's services. We encourage specific descriptions of the service, communication, and outcomes.

Experts, their employees, competitors, or incentivized third parties must not submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings.

Content Standards

Reviews must be based on genuine personal experience and relate to the expert or service being reviewed.

Helpful reviews describe service quality, professionalism, responsiveness, pricing transparency, and communication.

Reviews must not include: false or misleading statements; personal attacks, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment; others' private contact information; unrelated advertising; paid, exchanged, or bulk-manipulated reviews; or content that infringes copyright or trademarks.

Ratings and Trust Indicators

Reviews may affect ratings, review counts, and related trust indicators on expert profiles. These are informational only and may not fully reflect an expert's performance.

Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right to review, hide, or remove any review that violates this policy without prior notice. Grounds include suspected fake or manipulated reviews, illegal or offensive content, duplicate submissions, no actual service relationship with the expert, or substantiated reports.

Removing a review does not mean HuarenTong has ruled on the underlying dispute; it reflects our content and community standards.

Expert Responses

Experts may respond to reviews in a professional, factual manner where appropriate. Responses must also comply with this policy and must not include personal attacks or illegal content.

Reporting Reviews

If you believe a review violates this policy, email reviews@huarentong.com with the review link, a description of the violation, and supporting evidence if available. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

Policy Updates

We may update this Review Policy as platform features or regulations change. The current version is effective when posted on this page.
